Reminds me of .flow a little. That game was a heck of a lot bloodier, but that doesn't make it better than this. Just, the Sabitsuki Kaibutsu kind of has the same thing going on as the girl's reflection, going by what Anon1 said. Which I agree, it does look like it's looking at her.
