Pretty certain the author of this is Mike Inel. I remember seeing this on his YT channel awhile back, it was a short animation lasting only a few seconds of both girls getting up, one after the other, looking over their shoulder at the their other half, then lying back down. It would seem he removed it though. He was the author of the popular animation called "Draw With Me".
