I presume the artist uploaded the Pixiv version of the image to Pixiv, and upon seeing that it made into Danbooru, he/she modified the screen part to feature Dan instead of Pixiv. He/she made an error though, since the on-screen tag list still has the (kinda illegible but noticeable) Pixiv entry in it instead of Danbooru, which is now depicted instead.
And then, judging from the comment above me, we, here at Gelbooru, tried to make this page look like the image itself...

We changed the interface on the tags and it doesn't match anymore.
