Misdreavus is cutest ghost, they're like little girl pranksters, so adorable, would go trick or treating with.

As for official art, I don't see why we can't have some, official art from all sorts of places gets posted all the time.

Official art is absolutely allowed. In fact, we encourage uploading official art. If you're concerned about the legality, Pokemon official art is all over the place on the Internet, so I wouldn't be concerned with a copyright claim.

People appreciate the most if it's the official artist of the newest Pokemon (at the time). I remember when the Black and White and X and Y Pokemon made their debut here.

Meanwhile, Misdreavus and this art of it date to around 2000, 7 years before Gelbooru. Still, good times.
