I couldn't imagine those mountains being too comfortable. But wouldn't the simple act of breathing be strong enough to destroy that settlement at this point?

Her nose is bigger than that city.

Another estimative. Ignoring her disproportional forehead, I'd say her head is 6 times larger than that city, which seems to me a medieval one, I'm going to estimate as 5 km long. We know the human body to have around 7,5 heads in stature, which gives us and estimative of her size to be 225 km.

It is know that air speed during expiration of a normal sized human being (around 170 cm) is something around 2 m/s. If we multiply this value by her size, the air she's breathing could be blowing at a speed of 260 km/s. I don't know with what speed the air would hit the town, but people are probably being thrown kilometers far away.
