@Anon2: Their wording already implied that. I like the picture regardless though & the Japanese artist rule has always been laughably arbitrary. According to the childishly pretentious rules, a Japanese artist can upload a picture of an American flag in DC Comics art style but a non-Japanese artist can't upload a picture of an OC in Studio Ghibli style.

Total nonsense. A self-prejudiced toddler came up with that rule because he worships an atrociously evil culture of child rape & genocide too much. Good art is good because of its appearance & content. Not because it was drawn in a certain country. Japanese isn't a genre or a style.
