I have a difficult time remember the titles of Kate Sai's works. Between the multiple languages used, the fact that there is a lot of them, and the fact that Katesaien draws all of his characters to look damn near the same it is hard to identify.
This one should be "Book of Distorted Greed".
There should be a blog somewhere called The Fap Trap! where the owner puts up downloads of a shitload of erotic anime and manga and flash material. But the downloads may have dried up unless you contact him.
