Amusing though the notion of the incest tag is, in all seriousness her only known canonical family members are:
- Her father, killed (on screen in every version but the very first Famicom and MSX2 versions) by the monsters invading the castle sometime prior to her being turned into a dog (which itself admittedly occurred off-screen);
- Her cousin, the Prince of Laurasia / Middenhall / Lorasia, the main player character, and by extension his father, neither of whom become a dog;
- Her other cousin, the Prince of Sumaltria / Cannock / Samantoria, the second party member (the princess being the third and last), and by extension his sister and father, also not turned into a dog.
Most of the people in Moonbrook castle were killed in combat and the place was set on fire, so most likely only the princess was transformed as a way of further shaming the kingdom and the tortured flaming ghosts left to wander the castle's ruins. Also, some of the people likely became zombies because those are enemies in the castle (and that's the first place they appear in the game).
So probably not incest unless this is an alternate version of events (...it's technically a series abstract enough that one could imagine bad things happening to the characters that aren't explained, but it's probably more faithful to Enix's intentions to assume most hentai didn't- except for the 'puffpuff' jokes and ridiculous skimpy outfits, like the MSX2 version had one of for this character- albeit horribly drawn), or some other unknown/non-canon character is involved. I mean, surely these characters have mothers/queens, but they're never mentioned either, so who knows I guess.
But one can imagine as they like, as much of this is fanwork anyway (or when professionally made, marketed towards fans), and to a certain extent anything goes for that sort of thing.
