Killua refers to Alluka as "she" while all the other Zoldyck as "it" viewing her more like a tool than a person, so it's obvious that Alluka is a girl. I don't know why everybody continue to think of Alluka as a boy u.u

It's mostly accepted on the wikis that Alluka's sex is probably male, and the reason Killua calls her female is because Alluka is mentally female and Killua understands that better than anyone since he's the closest to her.

The Zoldyck family has no daughters. Only sons. Alluka is Killua's little brother. The reason he called him a she is because Alluka prefers to be a girl. The second part is a guess but he is a he.
