There's a fanfic with something similar to this except that the monstergirl wife and child are both youko and the guy does it with both of them. And yes, the girl is his daughter. MILF and incest tags abound. Not sure if this art's based on that fic or the fic's based on the art or they're both based on something else. They may even be both coincidences.
