Nothing wrong with it.
Advantages: Weddings ceremonies are long and boring and it might be a way to keep things interesting.

Disadvantages: makes it harder to concentrate on the vows.
You'll also have to explain why it got soaked

It's because there are a lot of guys who pretend to be girls on the internet, and especially on male dominated sites the odds of any given "girl" really being a guy is very high.

So it typically ends up being "guy until proven otherwise".

No one has to prove anything to anyone. Out of all the females in the world to think majority of the comments are automatically male is.. silly to me. Sure nothing wrong with suspecting someone, but proof wise it can be either sex commenting.
