I actually hate the fact that we have to fight sif even with the dlc.
We slayed Artorias who lost to the abyss, we saved Sif, we destroyed Manus the father of the abyss and saved Oolacile and still we got NO chance to enter the "future" Abyss without killing Sif.
They should have made it so that if you save Sif and then enter the grave of Artorias that Sif will turn friendly and give you the ring that you need to enter the Abyss.
Making Sif optional this way would be way more awesome.

I dont agree. Though it would have been nive if you could have effected the world like that it would have made Sif (highly my opinion) seem softer. I prefer "im sorry old friend, but it is the way of things" over "its dangerous to go alone. Take this!".

the way i see it, the chosen undead has the harshest journey of all. to do his job, he must betray and slay his friends, see yet more of his friends go hollow and/or insane, and sacrifice everything he has, all so that the age of fire might go on a little bit longer.
