Keep in mind that Juri is a fair fighter, and has good sportmen ship. Just bevause is works for S.I.N., does not mean that she would not fight fair with other warriors. Chun-Li and Cammy are not warriors, Juri Han is.

You know I've heard they went through a lot of designs with Juri including an overweight version. I've seen a lot of concept art and to this day I still haven't seen this "Fat Juri" they drew.
