Take away the torture/pain part, add in some happiness or at least consent and then it's hot. Before that, I just can't get into it, but see the potential for a would-be woody. The only torture that would make this series good is stimulation torture, not pain.

You need to train so much to run a marathon normally. There's no way some high school level girls can do that in high heels and without a bra. At most it would be an incredibly long walk.
