Seriously, saying you'll do anything for Flan is like saying you'll do anything for... well, a number of things, usually depending on which touhouverse you're talking about. In some case's it's like saying that to a child (namely, lots of candy would be involved), saying that to a yandere, saying that to a lunatic, etc.
