Um, guys, don't be conviced by the cover! There will be more girl in it - like Sakura.

But still, true that there are certain hentai-doujinshi makers who ares sticked to 1-2 characters, like Sunahara Wataru who is sticked to Sakura.

Um just to make you remember, that Sakura was in the last two doujinshi (beach and Naruto in hospital). So this will be the third time in row she is appear.
