The Brotherhood's view that all non-humans must die because non-humans are all hostile is ridiculous. Gen-3 synths have free will so you will have your good and bad, many ghouls do turn feral, but others don't, super mutants are a threat but we have seen those that just want to be left alone.
This is alongside humans who are the majority of enemies in the game. Raider Gangs are almost 100% humans. Should we kill all humans too because they could become raiders.
