true unless she pushed him up or somthing. But he should be able to propel himself back down by punching upwards lightly.

You would be right, if her zero gravity made everything weightless. However the air around him still has weight. Since he is now lighter than air, he will float up to the edge of the atmosphere and then continue, keeping his momentum.
Not sure about punching. A swimming like motion would probably work better. Like he did with Todoroki during the sports festival.

He could counter his current momentum if he just punched upwards using OFA. The power from his punch would cause the upward momentum to either stop and he would be stuck or he would start to float downwards.
