This artist seems to have a somewhat warped concept of sexuality. In any image there's always someone who doesn't seem to be enjoying it.
Not rape exactly, just embarrassed or a bit out of depth.

It's an accurate depiction of the social effects of early puberty.
Growing boobs and public hair before all of your peers, being noticed by boys and male teachers, teased by your girl-friends and treated older despite being the same age. You can't blame early maturers for being timid and easily embarrassed.
IMO, I find it very cute and endearing. Boob-girl deserves head-pats and more to compensate for all the times she felt insecure.
