Well...it's essentially satire at this point...but the reason why ugly guys keep fucking hot babes and lolis in hentai manga is simply because for the longest time the main consensus that bought those manga were elderly men and fat men in their mid 30's, or just regular ugly guys. It's supposed to give those men good spirit, kinda like putting "them" in the manga. Imagine your a unattractive male, your outlet is porn. So it would make you feel good about yourself if you saw a ugly/old guy fuck a hot chick.
