By your logic I can take any png picture here, convert it to jpeg and then upload it here? It would not be considered a duplicate because format is different?

Anyway those are not my property so if this allowed, I do not mind them to be reuploaded.

That do not change anyhing of what I have said. So I can take any picture, alter the original and post a shitty quality just for people whot want it smaller???
If someone really wants a smaller filezise he can reencoded it himself but meh at least you could say ty and not talk to me like I am your friend or something, might just stop posting anything more.

Then we have nothing to argue about. You uploaded some images in gif format, these I obtained on an exhentai mirror site, don't know if they're the same ones you uploaded as gifs or not. In any case they're not duplicates bcs the format is different, serves a different function as it loads faster and results in a smoother flow of the animation.

Smoother is not the exact term, it is more like "load faster", once your gif is loaded, it is as smooth as your webm unless your computer is a potatoe.

True, but sometimes the speed of the animation has been altered, actually improving on the original speed, which sometimes can seem too slow, even jerky. I don't know if that was done here, but I suspect it was in some of these webms I uploaded.
