If its posted to pixiv by Japanese law it is subject to censorship, whether you're an American, Italian, German, or Croatian artist.

This is a lot of the reason why artists like geewhy post stuff to SubscribeStar or Patreon, its not a japanese paysite so isn't restricted teo Japanese censorship laws.Fantia and Pixiv and by extension Fanbox are Japanese, therefore the law applies.
