It's the AI weapon GW-Pupa-5000, the design of which was "inspired" by the Shagohod.

Invaderjim would be correct, The "Pupa" was inspired by a cue of the shagohod which is why the thing is able to not only be fast but corner much like the shagohod did in Metal Gear solid 3, Thumbs up to InvaderJim and Anon 2
