No this is from Hokuto no Ken The Movie, when one of Jagi's mooks offers Rei a saw as a sign of respect, to allow Rei to saw an innocent's head off. But instead he takes the saw and slams it into the mook's head. xD

Kujo256, it was also in the animated series before that as well, but with Kenshiro in place of Rei.
