must have been too long since ive played ff7 since the only woman with a body like that was an enemy that i can remember was that shinra woman (Scarlet i think?) but really didnt look like this and hair is way different.

You see them in a few different places, there are a couple of palette swaps. They're referred to as Jezemny (Temple of the Ancients), Snow (Great Glacier) and Pollensalta (Northern Crater Cave). They have an attack called "Fascination" where they blow a kiss at a character, it inflicts the confusion status. You can learn the Angel Whisper Enemy Skill by Manipulating a Pollensalta.
