It's not really bad, The foreskin is crammed with nerve endings that don't deaden as quickly as those in the Glans.

...In fact a lot of people with foreskins end up quick shots because of the extra sensitivity.

You guys are completely missing the concept of phimosis, and so is the artist. Allow someone who has dealt with that hellish condition to inform you.
It's not just 'the foreskin won't roll back' it is 'the foreskin CAN'T roll back.' This can be caused by a few things, but mine was a band connected from foreskin to glans, and sex HURT. I mean REALLY hurt. Jackin' it hurt, blowjobs if not gentle as hell hurt, everything hurt, because the foreskin will not roll back, but it's designed to during sex. It's like grabbing a rubber band at the top with both hands, then pulling down really hard. Imagine that, but with your dick's head. Phimosis is a condition, not someone who's not circumcised. I had be to circ'd at 16 because of that bullshit. It fuckin' sucks, and Anon4, yes the foreskin gives extra sensitivity but it in itself has nothing to do with phimosis.
