I am very confused. This might be an animated GIF, but the file extension is PNG.

From the source, it's also the same thing. There's a single frame showing the version without the penis and cum, but it immediately plays the next version.

I can view the first version just fine on Windows Photo Viewer and Paint.NET, but it has the same result when you open it in a browser.
