It looks like the #1 tag is being used to show the first post to use a certain popular tag. E.g. post #45 was the first to use the touhou tag.

if you're removing the "sexy" tag, which tag should be used when you upload some picture that contains sexy characters??

Nothing, because whats sexy to someone is completely subjective. How many furry images were tagged "hot, sexy, perfection", etc? I don't find that shit sexy.
In other news, how about the tag "Enjoying"?
The tag "quality" seems to be a sarcastic tag for poorly drawn images, or could otherwise subjective for good images. Poorly_drawn is a better tag for the former, the latter doesn't need to be on the site.
And I've neglected to update my list.

well, i can see your point and it's right, i've also see yaoi pictures including the sexy tag and that's not sexy for me because i'm not gay.
i used that tag only when i submited a picture including girls in bikini, like the girl in my avatr, for me that's sexy, i used the tag in pictures like that, sometimes on nude pictures.
i don't know how long it'll take to you to get rid of it because there are over 4000 pictures with it and every day they appear more, the only help i can give you it's removing the tag from all my pictures, at least is something.

"Enjoying" looks like a tag someone uses when they don't know about the happy_sex tag. Only 60 post so not worth creating an alias for.
