Multitag aliases would work like this: anal_creampie -> [anal creampie]. Simple in theory... It should work the other way around too.
Tag grouping would be nice even if it would be just an Options-page preference. You could form groups like this (or similar way):
clothing:{no_panties panties no_pants pants skirt skirt_lift}
And when it comes time to edit tags, you could just open the group you want to see avoiding the clutter from all the other gazillions of tags you'd like to see in 'my tags' for convenience of use.

I guess so.
Grouping could be used like artist:, copy: and char: so it'd be sitewide instead of personal - although I'm pretty sure we'd never come to agree in what categories some of the tags belong to. With the method described above you could have the tag in several categories at once but I don't know how that would work sitewide... It could also be metatagging - tagging tags.
