Non-japanese cosplayers are fine, as far as I know, also the TOS-violating images you linked in your last post are gone now :)
reading this i found that really.. weird.
a JAPANESE-ONLY(!1!!ONE!) site that does NOT allow anything NON-JAPANESE(1!!1!!ELEVEN!) allows non-JAPANESE(1!!!1) cosplayers, but does not allow non-JAPANESE(ELEVEN!1ONE!!) artists even if their artwork its perfecly in JAPANESE(!!!!11!) way to draw.

Yeah the only person who can upload western material and get away with it now is Lozer...
Life goes on. Despite the rule, Western artist taking on fake Nip names isn't entirely uncommon.
Also, actual Nip artists... who happen to actually live in the west. Things can get a bit confusing when you try to apply racism to your art.
