I'm not seeing a queen_of_spades_symbol in most of these. A simple spade symbol does not count. If there's no Q in the spade, don't use the tag.

A poor edit of source that attempted to get rid of the QOS tattoo on the left breast but failed to remove it to bypass the no QOS or raceplay edit rule. The original editor in source is known to add QOS or make "blacked" edits of artists' work.
And yes, a spade without a "Q" can be implied as a QOS as long the intent or affinity is indicated.

Wanted to bring these two up again since they've resumed using subjective tags and using child (alongside shota/loli) on nsfw/fetish content posts.
