Most of us are not uploading our crappy art. Other than by avatar. Which isn't against the ToS as long as the image doesn't violate any law. At least for now.

Cap-modding, jpeg cleaning, de-censoring and hard translating with Photoshop/CorellDraw/MS Paint(?) is allowed as long as the original image is by a Japanese artist and the work done to it does not degrade the quality, alter the over-all theme or violate other parts of the ToS. --->(stapuf, booru54321)<---
