I can't run the install\db.sql because I don't have Super Privileges. Is there a PHP way to bypass this?

There is some code I am working on to bypass that requirement, it should be released by the end of this week.
If you have PHPMyAdmin, use that to run the sql file.
It will show an error, but the installation should have completed successfully.
