Still falls under huge_breast because they are less than twice the size of her head. We keep some (917) gigantic_breasts too. If it's the kind of thing that makes you go "Whoooow! Uh, wow!" than we keep it. If it make you think "Oh my God! Eww! What has science done?" than it will likely be deleted.

I've flagged both of these due to the visible brain but looking at the tagging history it looks like they've both been flagged and cleared previously.
Looking for some clarity in terms of what "level" of guro is acceptable.

Somehow I would have considered that brain matter was crossing the line a bit.
In the real world, when brain matter makes an appearance outside of the body... even if you can't see a body, most detectives will tell you that they are pretty sure someone is dead out there somewhere.

Guro level aside, if you are familiar with the game, the girl and the monster then this is more humorous than grotesque. Just look at the word bubbles in the second post. You don't have to read Japanese to know she is loving life right now.

Indeed; I brought it up with ILM on IRC and he said that, while the subject matter would count as grotesque, the way it is presented here wouldn't.
