We don't have an official tag that I know of. sugar_dark:_umerareta_yami_to_shoujo might work as long as the ":" doesn't mess up the search engine. (Not sure) I'm also fine with sugar_dark because it will not be confused with other copyright tags.
On pixiv ''Sugar Dark'' is the most used one, about the various copyright tags, i thought the same.
The manga is not really recent... it was made around 2010 and as i said is not popular... if danbooru doesn't have any post related to that series i don't know if they're going to post them in the future but ... something is telling me that if they do they're going to use the full name...
..But i guess that in that case we just have to change the tags...

After some more research it seems incredibly inconsistent. Guy seems to prefer to use the full name, and danbooru aliases doctor_zexxck to dr.zexxck. How bizzare.

Is the "medium_breasts" tag still considered redundant even though there's now over 3000 or so posts with the tag?

If it's no longer redundant, than can the wiki on it be updated? I would do it, but it's locked.
