Hair_tie is in reference to the object to tie the hair, not to the tied hair itself and can exist without the tied_hair tag (although, that would be rare).

'Embarrassed' is usually the result of some action, 'nervous' tends to have the person showing discomfort, and 'shy' is in reaction to others (can be to point-of-view).
