the tags gara_ayuri, garaayuri, and gaya_ayuri are all the same artist as far as I know, so shouldn't we use just one?

Not only does that wiki page not say that or anything even resembling it, but there are multiple pages of newhalf characters who have the 1boy tag.
It's possible to be a male character who has breasts and that character would be tagged as a newhalf ("That is to say, the character has a female body but male genitals."), which is the umbrella Mariandale falls under.

From the wiki: Similar to futanari, but possessing no female genitalia. That is to say, the character has a female body but male genitals.
And the multiples newhalf posts with 1boy are just mistagged. They need to be tagged correctly.

Newhalves are considered female. Furthermore, when there's a sex scene with a guy and a newhalf, the tag futa_with_male applies.
I used to be PM'd by mods about this, so I don't know why you would deny it.

We have a history of tagging trans characters by the gender they actually are rather than what they identify as in the copyright. Mariandale is still a male, so I agree with keeping the tags as they are.
Haven't you been warned before about not talking down to moderators in such a way
