How do these images violate the TOS? Aren't stitches allowed?

I didn't know where to ask this so i ask it here: Is there any place we can like put requests for characters or series we wish we could see more of or even some of? Like so other users could know to look out for it? That would be cool.

You could try putting it in the requests thread. Unfortunately, most users don't pay much attention to the forums, so that might not have much of an effect.

Also keep in mind that currently 72% of our content is imported from Danbooru rather than being uploaded by our own users.

There's one thing I'd like clarification on. So everything must relate to Japanese culture. What if non-Japanese artist draws something from an anime or video game, is that allowed here?

as long as it's high quality it's allowed.
Unless the game has nothing to do with japan
And the anime picture is drawn in a western style.
