Do searches support any form of and/or capabilities? As in I want to search all posts that have both black_hair and blonde_hair, as well as all posts that only contain black_hair (and do not contain blonde_hair) and all posts that only contain blonde_hair (and do not contain black_hair).

AND is supported by using both tags in the search field. For example, searching typing "black_hair blonde_hair" in the search field will search for posts that have both "blond_hair" and "black_hair" tagged.

There is no OR functionality, but there is NOT functionality. Put a minus sign before a tag to search for all posts without that tag. For example, typing "black_hair -blonde_hair" will search for posts that have "black_hair" but do not have "blonde_hair" tagged.

Do you have any sort of whitelist for users(regarding upload)? Gelbooru is blocked in my country, I use VPN and 99% of it servers are banned for upload here. Also few popular VPN addons for browser are all blocked too.

The only whitelist to get around bans is that moderators and administrators are immune to them. Otherwise, if you're using a banned IP address, you will not be able to contribute to the site.

When is the "About myself" section gonna go live? I'm tired of people asking me if I do commissions or decensor requests.

Probably not any time soon. We literally don't have any code written for it, and other features (implications, less dangerous aliases, improved pools) are higher on the list of priorities.

and empty reason, then your (shared) IP was banned. You need another one.
