Why don´t we have a mobile site or app for our cellphones, because I visit the site on the internet of my mobile (if we have one please tell where it is)

We aren't working on an actual app, just a mobile version of the site. It's definitely still in the works, but it's still too soon to give a timeframe for when it'll go live, since we also need to make sure that the updated backend code is stable.

The downside to mobile site layouts is that it's just a version of the site with less features. I'm attempting to create a layout that works both on mobile and desktop without any issue. I think you may find it works out pretty well, and looks decent enough. Better than this layout at least.
I am visiting the site right now on mobile and there is only one main issue. Initially the"popups" force me to press the back button repeatedly to even view the site. One solution could be to add a large enough X and if you need,a timer that mobile users can tap after a few seconds. Right now I click the back button like an NES version of Touhou.
