It wasn't. The tag was never approved, so we removed it from all images.
"bound_arms bound_legs" returns a decent number of images that fit what you're looking for, though.

Yes, you will find those within the search I suggested, mixed in with other types of images featuring both bound arms and bound legs.

Those are bound legs and bound arms, though. Like I said, you will find the exact type of image you are looking for within the search I suggested. You will also find other types of images as well, but you will find the ones you're after.
