Issues with Banner Ads

For a while now, I'm getting some new banner ads under the comments of every Questionable or Explicit image, and I don't get why, as I have banner ads disabled (I have Pop-under and Intermission instead). I've tried disabling and re-enabling this option, but that hasn't made the banners go away.
Does anyone knows how to make sure they're disabled as well?

Huh, I guess my thread didn't get noticed first. Well anyway, good luck fixing the coding since the issues is still persisting.
