I have a question, if I upload a pic on the image searcher for example iqdb.org/ or gelbooru.iqdb.org/ to search an image on the sites, will the uploaded pic be saved anywhere? I am kinda afraid because I wanted to check, if anyone uploaded a pic of mine that I wanted to keep private but at the same time I don't want to be saved somewhere here for viewing.

No, it won't be saved.
Now, I have no idea how the IQDB software actually handles the file uploads, since it's a service provided for us by someone else, but given that they have to cache all the images they search too, it wouldn't make sense for them to keep those on-hand. They're probably deleted as soon as the search is completed. If not, they're certainly deleted periodically, probably when they update their search database, which is about every 30 minutes or so.
That said, we don't have anything to do with the actual operation of IQDB; they simply provide the service. You'd want to talk to the people who actually run IQDB for questions about their service. You can contact them in their IRC channel: irc://irc.rizon.net/iqdb

Thank you so much for the answer. Yeah I will ask them about that. Btw I have noticed a lot of pics(like 95% of them) on this and other booru like webs are upload by the same account. Are they actually bots who search for pics on webs or multiple people sharing an account?

All posts uploaded to Gelbooru by the user "danbooru" are imported directly from Danbooru by a bot we run.
I know Rule34.xxx does the same to Gelbooru and a few other sites. Other than that, I have no idea.

And yeah Rule34.xxx also seems to have a bot but it also uploads stuff that aren't on Dan or gelbooru. Does the bot also get pic uploaded on secure places(I am really sorry that I sound so paranoid but I really want to make sure)

It's getting them from other booru sites.
