I was browsing through the "igawa_asagi" character tag and I noticed every comment has been downvoted many times. You can see it on pages like these.

They're either logging in with 15 different accounts and voting manually or writing a script that downvotes any comment on those pages, and both of those things seem like tremendous effort with no clear goal.
It just annoys me a little bit because I think comments (even the dumb ones) enrich every picture and it's unfortunate when they're hidden.

There's really nothing we can do. Down votes don't actually matter though and whoever keeps doing it is just wasting their time.

I have a bit too much time on my hands.
