You should add the "translation request" tag and wait until someone will translate them, however it's not obvious that they're going to be translated.
Also, remove the "needs translate" tag, please.

Also also, try to use more tags related to the pics and i don't really know if that is a doujin or anything but you can't really post doujin pages here, covers are ok.

Correct. Doujin should go on thedoujin.com, not here, also the tag is translation_request, not needs_translate or anything like that.
