Mysterious Tag Edits

I was curious so I checked my tag edit history. I saw a bunch of familiar images, however I also found a bunch of images I've never seen before. I am very sure I have never even looked at some of the images that I have allegedly changed tags on. I changed my password... has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Please provide specific examples of posts in your tag history that you do not remember seeing.
