Just finished the 4th episode of the new Berserk. I'm at a loss of words. This is garbage. Not just the horrible 3d animation, but the plot is lame too. How could they fk it up so bad? Filler episodes in my Berserk? WTF?!!!

Edit: Just finished Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san (short summary: coub.com/view/101k1). 13x 3min episodes. Girls only (coub.com/view/3u64c), yuri, dirty jokes, school. Not bad at all.

Just finished that episode as well. I'm really pissed at the studio that made this new series. Berserk is my favorite manga of all time, and they've really ruined it in this adaption. Atrocious animation at every turn. So disappointing....

Just about to start the 7th episode of Koutetsujou no Cabaneli (Kabaneri of the iron fortress). So far it's been not bad. Old Japan mixed with steampunk, zombies (quick and smart), overpowered loli, useless establishment. Saving ungrateful bitches, the anime.

I dropped Kabaneri around eps 7-8, problem with original anime is that the story aren't thought out through at all, and the so many plot holes/illogical events irritated me.

You're making it sound like it's complete garbage, which it's not. The plot doesn't rely on coub.com/view/5lsjt5h9. Although there is plenty indecisiveness (shikashi-bullshit) and cheap stereotypes. But hey, there are zombies. That alone makes it worthwhile for me.

Edit: Definitely a nice ending and the anime offered plenty exciting things to see. If you're going to mention plot holes, you should explain what they are. Otherwise it's a baseless statement. The rapid spread of the Kabane (among other things) has been explained later on. However, their origin remains unknown. Which is fine by me. We experience a story/a world through the eyes of certain individuals, who live in it. It's obvious that we won't know what they don't know.

Misery, disgust; The saving grace of this anime (imho) is that it shits all over religion and humanity in general. So far, whores are the only decent human beings with common sense...

Tanaka-kun was relaxing and had cute girls. Unlike most recent anime, it wasn't a chore for me to watch.

"Netoge no Yome wa Onnanoko ja Nai to Omotta" - "Girls don't play online games / there are no girls on the internet", or something like that...
Slice of partly MMORPG, partly IRL. Same crew, regardless of the universe, a boy surrounded by girls (all lovable characters - a neet, a rich & excelling girl, a tsundere, plus a mature one). But it doesn't feel like a harem, because dude's got a waifu.

Currently about to start the 9th episode. So far it's been fun. The characters don't act like people in real life would. In that regard, it's somewhat silly and carries an oldschool vibe (although from 2015), which I don't mind. Sometimes the plot just reeks of convenience. As an ex-mmorpg player I like this genre. But I don't consider this a keeper, because I don't rewatch slice of life stuff.

Things to note: borderline ok weird overexaggerated smiles look very interesting
