I've been on hiatus regarding anime for a couple of months, but I just watched Re:Zero since I read some good reviews from that. Gotta say I liked it a lot actually. Not going to spoil anything, but the ending was kinda... eh? Lameish? I'm sure that's the word I'm gonna use with it. Hope they make 2nd season of it.
Now I don't know what to watch at the moment. Maybe I should try something from this year's season.

Checking out Brave Witches. It's retarded and the novelty of the concept has worn off (Strike Witches all over again), but gotta stay on top of things (characters), for the sake of hentai.

Was gonna marathon the last few episodes of hero academia but cat got sick and I decided not to yet since I thought I wouldn't enjoy it.
Now that he's getting better, I'm considering getting on that and Witch Academia.
Shows with "academia" in the title seem to be a good thing lately.

Love Live - season one
One and done. Felt like a chore, barely finished the season. With clenched teeth, mind you.
Girls only, bullshit goals and bullshit problems. Garbage. Thought it would be similar enough to K-on, but nope. Felt like a cheap copy, lacking on many fronts.
The only pleasant memory I got of it, is how it freed up space on my HDD (16GB), after deletion. ^_^

Wonderful, beyond all expectations. This is the shining jewel of the season and underdog at the same time.
BRUTAL (not just violence)
Insane eyelashes (can't go against those)
Scumbag salaryman gets reincarnated as an aryan loli (memory intact) into a different world (similar to ours in the past)

Magical "nazi" wonderweapon confirmed (sci-fi?)
Fuck religion confirmed
Outcome? Can't tell. Unbearable suspense.
Outgun everyone, outsmart everyone and kill god, while you're at it, but respect your superiors (food chain/chain of command), lol. Someone's priorities are fked up.
KonoSuba - season 2 (ongoing)
I was looking forward to this and it hasn't disappointed so far. But this is a continuation of S1, meaning you don't get anything new. The menu is comprised of a familiar setting & characters. Other than that, it's good.
Kobayashi's maid dragon (ongiong)
Oh FK yeah! Moe, yuri, action and actually funny jokes.
Kanna is such an elin (thick thighs loli). Kanna for main character!

Recommend a show to me. Drama, comedy, romance, or action. No horror, tragedy, harem, or yuri. I'm not fond of violence or shounen.

It always helps to mention what you've seen in the past to get a sense of style for recommending.
Have you seen Cromartie High School lately? Still funny to me.
Comedy/drama/Romance? Have you seen Nodame Cantabile?
Non-shonen action could imply seinen, which I'm not a fan of actually. But you better be watching Witch Academia buddy. Is it shoujo or shonen? I have no idea... it seems like it could be either or both.
I wish I were more up-to-date on current shit. I don't have as much time for anime as I used to, so I'm always playing catch up when it comes to watching it.
