Similar Tags Search Idea?

I saw a 'Similar Image' search but that looks for the same image, I think.
Instead, maybe you could to a search that lists images by corresponding their corresponding tags. Maybe a 25% or higher relation on one of the images for it to show? This might not work as well as I'd like to think, but I just think it would be a promising idea.

That would be really resource-intensive. We don't even host the similar image search ourselves; it's a third-party service, and that's literally all their servers do.
