I didn't know whether to put this in the find an image thread, but a Yugioh artist I like recently moved to a site called pictbland and has put their R-18 images on friends only, it's a japanese site and I don't speak japanese so I don't completely understand how the site works, but I think if two people follow each other they're friends. So I google translated the artists description and I think it mentioned sending them a message asking them to follow, I tried to send a message with google translate, but I haven't received a reply, I would really appreciate some help with this from someone who knows japanese and/or the website. Huge amount of posts are follower-only, and in your case - mutual following only.
I guess he won't follow newly registered user, lol, w/o any works.

That doesn't seem to be the case though, as they're following two people who have no works and only follow them.

Buddy wants Japan only friends and knows you used google translate and is rejecting you.

That's my guess.

Alternatively, buddy is not as active as you think and needs more time to respond.

The first thing is what I'm thinking as well, which is why I was hoping to get help from someone who knows japanese, the second one I thought of but the message has been there for a while and they followed someone else while it was there.
